You may return most new unopened/unused items sold by The Aromatic Bean Inc. within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full credit. The Aromatic Bean Inc. reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges, if item is returned opened and/or has been used.

If it is determined that a return is being made due to merchant error, we will pay for return shipping and you will be sent a return shipping label. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping on all orders being returned for reasons that do not qualify as merchant error.

Please report any shipping or manufacturer damage to merchandise within 14 days of your purchase to qualify for exchange or store credit. All merchandise returned under legitimate claims of damage will be replaced upon receipt and inspection of damaged merchandise. The Aromatic Bean Inc. reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges, if item is returned under false claims of damage.

Returns will not be accepted on green coffee beans.
